BF GEARS USA LLC is the seller and merchant of record for products purchased directly through this website unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shopify provides the e-commerce technology used to operate the online store but is not the seller of BF Gears USA products.

INTERNATIONAL SALES

BF Gears USA offers international shipping to selected destinations, including:

Canada;
United Kingdom;
Germany;
France;
Netherlands;
Belgium; and
Australia.

International shipping is available only when the customer’s destination is shown as eligible during checkout.

International shipments are generally sent through DHL Express Worldwide on a DAP basis unless BF Gears USA expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

The international shipping total charged at checkout includes transportation plus a combined international processing, handling, and shipment-protection fee. The current combined fee is:

US$39.99 for Canada;
US$49.99 for the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, and Australia.

These fees are set in U.S. dollars and may appear converted into the customer’s checkout currency. The applicable combined fee is included in the shipping total and is not necessarily displayed as a separate line item.

The combined fee is a service charge covering international processing, handling, and shipment protection. It is not an itemized insurance premium and does not necessarily equal the premium paid to the protection provider.

BF Gears USA arranges shipment protection before dispatch through Shipsurance or another approved provider. Payment of the checkout shipping total does not itself activate insurance coverage. Coverage is subject to the applicable provider’s terms, limits, exclusions, and claim requirements.

No separate shipment-protection invoice will be issued for the original shipment. If the actual protection premium exceeds the combined fee collected, BF Gears USA absorbs the difference. A lower actual premium does not, by itself, entitle the customer to a refund of the difference because the combined fee also covers processing and handling. Any applicable cancellation or refund rights remain governed by the published policies and mandatory law.

The customer is responsible for import clearance and for paying applicable duties, VAT, GST, GST/HST, brokerage, customs-clearance charges, storage charges, and other destination-country expenses. These charges are not included in the checkout shipping total or the combined processing, handling, and shipment-protection fee unless expressly stated otherwise.

International sales are governed by the Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy published on this website.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website—including text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, videos, audio, technical information, layout, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to BF Gears USA and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No website content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, displayed, sold, licensed, transmitted, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from BF Gears USA or the applicable rights holder.

Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect assembly, incompatible components, insufficient lubrication, contamination, misuse, unauthorized modification, excessive power or torque, driver error, racing, or competition use is not considered a manufacturing defect, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
