OVERVIEW
Welcome to BF Gears USA.
The terms “BF Gears USA,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to BF GEARS USA LLC, doing business as BF Gears USA.
BF Gears USA operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services provided to customers (collectively, the “Services”). Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.
These Terms of Service, together with the policies incorporated by reference, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services or purchase from BF Gears USA.
These Terms include important provisions concerning orders, international shipping, customs, high-performance products, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or limited.
SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, territory, or country of residence.
You may permit a minor dependent to use the Services through a device you own or manage only under your supervision and when legally permitted.
You may be required to provide information including your:
• Name;
• Email address;
• Telephone number;
• Billing information;
• Payment information;
• Shipping address;
• Customs information; and
• Importer information.
You represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, complete, and lawfully provided.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
You may not sell, transfer, assign, or license your account to another person without written authorization from BF Gears USA.
SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
BF Gears USA makes reasonable efforts to present products and services accurately.
Colors, finishes, proportions, and appearance may differ from what is displayed due to photography, lighting, screens, devices, manufacturing variations, and product revisions.
Product photographs may show multiple items, installed components, accessories, or related products that are not included unless expressly stated in the product description.
Product descriptions, specifications, prices, availability, photographs, and technical information may be changed without notice.
BF Gears USA may:
• Modify a product;
• Correct product information;
• Limit quantities;
• Refuse sales;
• Discontinue products; or
• Restrict products by person, geographic region, jurisdiction, or application.
Customers must review the complete product description and selected variant before ordering.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
BF Gears USA may accept, reject, place on hold, verify, modify with customer approval, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of:
• Product availability;
• Pricing or description errors;
• Fraud concerns;
• Payment issues;
• Shipping restrictions;
• Export restrictions;
• Customs restrictions;
• Suspected unlawful activity;
• Inaccurate customer information;
• Product incompatibility concerns; or
• Failure to complete an international shipping requirement.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
BF Gears USA may require payment approval, fraud review, identity verification, application confirmation, confirmation of shipment-protection arrangements, or additional documentation before accepting or shipping an order. Shipment protection for the original international shipment is included in the shipping total at checkout and is not subject to a separate premium invoice.
Customers must review orders carefully before submitting them. Cancellation or modification may not be possible after payment, procurement, manufacturing, customization, modification, or processing has begun.

Orders may be placed for personal, household, commercial, professional, racing, manufacturing, or resale purposes when permitted by law. Customers must accurately disclose the intended use when reasonably requested and must not misrepresent an order’s purpose, destination, end user, or export status.
SECTION 4 — PRICES, CURRENCY, BILLING, AND PAYMENT
Prices, discounts, promotions, exchange rates, and product availability may change without notice.
The merchandise price charged will generally be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of errors and any additional charge clearly disclosed under these Terms or another applicable policy.
Prices may be displayed in U.S. dollars or converted into another currency through Shopify Markets or another payment service.
Currency conversions, exchange-rate adjustments, bank charges, card fees, foreign transaction fees, wire-transfer fees, intermediary bank fees, and other payment-related charges may apply.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, merchandise prices do not include:
• Shipping;
• International Processing, Handling & Shipment Protection Fees, included in the international shipping total at checkout;
• Sales tax;
• Customs duties;
• VAT;
• GST or GST/HST;
• Import taxes;
• Brokerage;
• Customs-clearance fees;
• Storage;
• Redelivery; or
• Other government, carrier, banking, or payment-related charges.
You agree to provide complete and accurate billing, payment, contact, and account information.
You represent that:
• Payment information is accurate;
• You are authorized to use the payment method;
• Charges or transfers submitted in accordance with the order and these Terms will be honored; and
• You will pay all amounts lawfully due.
Manual Payments — Zelle and Bank Wire Transfer
BF Gears USA may offer Zelle and Bank Wire Transfer as manual payment methods for eligible orders.
Orders placed using a manual payment method will remain unpaid and pending until the full payment amount has been received and verified by BF Gears USA.
Customers must follow the payment instructions provided with or after placing the order and must include the applicable BF Gears USA order number in the payment reference or memo when requested.
Production, procurement, order processing, and/or fulfillment will not begin until payment has been received and confirmed by BF Gears USA.
Any bank, wire, intermediary bank, currency-conversion, or other transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer. BF Gears USA must receive the full amount due for the order.
Customers are responsible for carefully verifying payment instructions before sending funds. BF Gears USA will not request that a customer redirect payment to a different bank account or payment recipient after an order has been placed without appropriate verification through an official BF Gears USA communication channel.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BF Gears USA is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect recipient or account as a result of the customer’s failure to follow or verify the payment instructions provided with the order.
SECTION 5 — DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Domestic shipping is currently limited to valid physical delivery addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
BF Gears USA does not currently ship domestic orders to Alaska, Hawaii, the District of Columbia (Washington, DC), U.S. territories, APO, FPO, DPO, military addresses, or PO Boxes.
Washington State is included in the domestic shipping area.
Domestic services may include:
• UPS Ground;
• FedEx Ground; and
• FedEx Home Delivery.
Rates and available services are calculated based on destination, product weight, package dimensions, carrier availability, and other shipping information.
High-value domestic orders may require additional shipment protection or signature confirmation.
SECTION 6 — INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
BF Gears USA offers or plans to offer international shipping to:
• Canada;
• United Kingdom;
• Germany;
• France;
• Netherlands;
• Belgium; and
• Australia.
International shipping is available only when the destination is shown as eligible during checkout.
International orders are generally shipped using DHL Express Worldwide.
BF Gears USA may restrict, suspend, or discontinue shipping to a destination because of carrier limitations, sanctions, customs restrictions, legal requirements, risk, cost, or operational considerations.
International orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
SECTION 7 — INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING, HANDLING AND SHIPMENT PROTECTION FEES
The international shipping total displayed at checkout includes the calculated DHL transportation charge plus the applicable International Processing, Handling & Shipment Protection Fee:
• Canada: US$39.99;
• United Kingdom: US$49.99;
• Germany: US$49.99;
• France: US$49.99;
• Netherlands: US$49.99;
• Belgium: US$49.99; and
• Australia: US$49.99.
This fixed combined service fee covers services that may include:
• International-order review;
• Export-document preparation;
• Customs-data preparation;
• Product-classification review;
• Packaging administration;
• Shipment coordination;
• Related international processing and shipment protection arranged by BF Gears USA.
These fees are denominated in US dollars and converted to the checkout currency when applicable. The applicable fee is included in the shipping total and is not billed separately after checkout. This is a fixed combined service fee, not an itemized insurance premium, and may differ from the actual premium paid by BF Gears USA. No separate shipment-protection invoice will be issued for the original shipment. BF Gears USA absorbs any difference if the actual protection premium exceeds the fee collected; a lower premium does not, by itself, entitle the customer to a partial refund of the combined service fee.
Subject to applicable law, the combined fee becomes non-refundable after international processing has materially begun or the protected shipping label has been issued. If a cancellation is otherwise permitted before either event, the fee will be refunded. Merchandise cancellation and refund eligibility remains subject to the applicable Return and Refund Policy and any rights required by law.
SECTION 8 — DAP SHIPPING AND IMPORT RESPONSIBILITIES
Unless BF Gears USA expressly agrees otherwise in writing, international shipments are made DAP to the delivery address stated in the order.
Under DAP, BF Gears USA arranges carriage to the agreed destination and retains transportation risk until delivery occurs at the agreed destination in accordance with the applicable DAP rule and mandatory law.
The customer is responsible for import clearance and for paying all applicable:
• Customs duties;
• VAT;
• GST or GST/HST;
• Import taxes;
• Brokerage;
• Customs-clearance charges;
• Storage;
• Government assessments; and
• Destination-country expenses.
The customer will generally act as the importer or recipient responsible for import formalities unless BF Gears USA expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Import charges are not included in the merchandise price or the shipping total collected at checkout, including its International Processing, Handling & Shipment Protection Fee.
The carrier, customs authority, customs broker, or another service provider may require payment or documentation before customs release or delivery.
BF Gears USA does not control customs inspections, classifications, valuations, clearance times, or import charges.
SECTION 9 — MANDATORY INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PROTECTION
BF Gears USA arranges shipment protection before dispatch for all international orders, covering eligible merchandise and transportation value against qualifying loss or damage during transit, subject to the provider's terms and available coverage limits.
After an international order is placed, BF Gears USA will prepare the shipment and purchase the applicable protection based on the merchandise value, shipping amount, destination, package, carrier, and available coverage.
Shipment protection is included in the fixed combined fee collected as part of shipping at checkout. Customers do not need to pay an additional protection invoice before the original shipment is dispatched.
Payment of the shipping total does not itself activate insurance coverage. BF Gears USA must obtain the applicable coverage before dispatch. Orders remain subject to normal payment approval, verification, production, fulfillment, and coverage-arrangement requirements.
Cancellation and refund treatment of the combined fee is described in Section 7. No separate insurance premium is charged to the customer for the original shipment.
Coverage is administered by Shipsurance or another provider identified by BF Gears USA and remains subject to the provider’s terms, limits, exclusions, documentation requirements, inspections, and deadlines.
BF Gears USA is not the insurer and does not independently determine claim eligibility.
Payment of the combined fee does not guarantee approval or payment of a claim and does not limit any rights available under applicable law.
Orders exceeding the maximum available protection limit may require shipment splitting, alternative coverage, additional documentation, or separate written arrangements before shipment. BF Gears USA will contact the customer before dispatch if coverage limitations affect fulfillment. This review does not create an automatic additional protection charge for the original shipment.
SECTION 10 — CUSTOMS INFORMATION
BF Gears USA will prepare customs information based on the products ordered and information reasonably available at shipment.
Customers must not request that BF Gears USA:
• Declare a false or reduced value;
• Describe a commercial purchase as a gift;
• Use an inaccurate HS classification;
• State an incorrect country of origin;
• Use an inaccurate product description;
• Conceal the true purchaser, recipient, end user, or destination; or
• Provide false or misleading customs information.
BF Gears USA may refuse or cancel any order involving inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or unlawful customs documentation.
The customer must provide all documentation and information reasonably requested by BF Gears USA, DHL Express, customs authorities, customs brokers, payment providers, or shipment-protection administrators.
SECTION 11 — EXPORT CONTROLS AND SANCTIONS
Products may be subject to U.S. export-control laws, sanctions, destination restrictions, end-use restrictions, or other trade requirements.
Customers must not purchase, export, re-export, transfer, divert, or use a product in violation of applicable law.
Customers represent that they are not:
• Located in a prohibited destination;
• Acting for a prohibited person or entity;
• Subject to applicable trade sanctions; or
• Purchasing for a prohibited end use.
BF Gears USA may request end-user, destination, application, or business information and may refuse or cancel an order when required for legal or compliance reasons.
SECTION 12 — SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND DELAYS
Processing time is separate from fulfillment time, production time, and carrier transit time.
Order processing generally requires an estimated 1 to 3 business days.
For products that are in stock and available for shipment, fulfillment generally requires an estimated 3 to 7 business days after applicable order processing requirements have been completed.
Custom, made-to-order, modified, special-order, and non-stock products require additional production or procurement time as described in Section 35. The estimated made-to-order production lead time is separate from order processing, fulfillment, and carrier transit time.
All processing, fulfillment, manufacturing, customs, transit, and delivery dates are estimates unless BF Gears USA expressly guarantees a date in writing.
BF Gears USA is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Carriers;
• Customs;
• Weather;
• Natural disasters;
• Transportation interruptions;
• Labor disruptions;
• Security procedures;
• Peak-season volume;
• Incorrect customer information;
• Unpaid import charges;
• Government action; or
• Events outside our reasonable control.
Title and risk of loss transfer according to the applicable shipping term, Shipping Policy, contract, and mandatory law.
For DAP international shipments, risk does not transfer merely because the product was handed to DHL. Risk transfers at the agreed destination as provided under the applicable DAP rule and mandatory law.

SECTION 13 — REFUSED, ABANDONED, OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
Customers must provide accurate information, cooperate with customs and carriers, pay applicable import charges, and accept delivery.
Refusing a shipment, failing to complete customs clearance, or failing to accept delivery does not automatically create a cancellation or refund right.
When a shipment is refused, abandoned, unclaimed, rerouted, or returned as undeliverable for reasons attributable to the customer, BF Gears USA may charge or deduct from any refund otherwise due:
• Outbound shipping;
• Return shipping;
• The applicable International Processing, Handling & Shipment Protection Fee;
• Duties and taxes;
• Brokerage;
• Customs-clearance fees;
• Storage;
• Address-correction fees;
• Redelivery;
• Disposal;
• Recovery expenses; and
• Other actual costs.
Custom, made-to-order, modified, personalized, special-order, and non-stock products do not become returnable or refundable solely because the customer refused the shipment, failed to complete import clearance, or did not accept delivery.
These provisions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Amounts already collected will be credited against the same charges; the original shipment-protection premium will not be billed again in addition to the combined fee. The same cost will not be retained or deducted more than once. Any new return-shipping or reshipment costs are distinct from the original shipment's included protection and will be explained to the customer where applicable.
SECTION 14 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services, including trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, audio, software, and the design, selection, and arrangement of these materials, are owned by BF Gears USA, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms permit personal, non-commercial use of the Services only.
Without prior written consent, you must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, sell, or transmit protected material from the Services.
Nothing in these Terms grants a license or right under a patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other intellectual property belonging to BF Gears USA, Shopify, or another party.
BF Gears USA names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or protected property of BF Gears USA or its licensors.
Shopify names and marks belong to Shopify. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners.
SECTION 15 — OPTIONAL TOOLS
The Services may provide access to third-party tools that BF Gears USA does not control or monitor.
Access to optional tools is provided “as is” and “as available,” subject to applicable law.
Use of a third-party tool is at your discretion and may be governed by separate third-party terms.
BF Gears USA may introduce additional features, tools, or resources that become part of the Services and are subject to these Terms.
SECTION 16 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The Services may contain links, materials, integrations, or functionality provided by third parties.
BF Gears USA is not responsible for evaluating or guaranteeing third-party content, products, services, policies, security, or accuracy.
Review third-party terms and policies before completing a transaction or providing information.
Questions concerning third-party products or services should be directed to the applicable third party.
Nothing in this section eliminates responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
SECTION 17 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
BF Gears USA uses Shopify to provide the online store and related Services.
Sales made through the store are made directly between the customer and BF Gears USA.
Shopify is not the seller of BF Gears USA products and is not responsible for product selection, installation, compatibility, performance, shipping, claims, or customer service.
To the extent permitted by law, customers release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising solely from sales between the customer and BF Gears USA.
SECTION 18 — PRIVACY
Personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy:

Information may be shared with service providers and authorities when reasonably necessary to:
• Process payment;
• Verify an order;
• Prevent fraud;
• Arrange DHL transportation;
• Purchase shipment protection;
• Prepare customs documentation;
• Complete import or export procedures;
• Respond to claims; or
• Comply with law.
These recipients may include Shopify, DHL Express, Shipsurance, customs authorities, customs brokers, payment providers, fraud-prevention providers, and professional advisers.
SECTION 19 — FEEDBACK
If you submit ideas, suggestions, reviews, photographs, videos, proposals, or other feedback, you grant BF Gears USA a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display that feedback for lawful business purposes.
You represent that:
• You own or control the necessary rights;
• You have disclosed applicable compensation or incentives;
• The submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge; and
• The submission does not violate law or another party’s rights.
BF Gears USA is not required to keep feedback confidential, pay compensation, publish it, or respond.
BF Gears USA may monitor, edit, or remove unlawful, offensive, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise objectionable content.
SECTION 20 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
The Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions involving descriptions, specifications, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability.
BF Gears USA may correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order when reasonably necessary, including after submission.
When applicable law requires customer consent before a material change, BF Gears USA will request that consent or cancel and refund the affected order.
SECTION 21 — PROHIBITED USES
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.
You must not use the Services to:
• Violate any law;
• Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• Transmit false or misleading information;
• Impersonate another person;
• Harass or harm another person;
• Transmit malware;
• Conduct phishing, fraud, or spam;
• Circumvent security;
• Scrape or extract protected information without authorization;
• Interfere with the Services; or
• Engage in conduct that exposes BF Gears USA, Shopify, or another user to liability.
BF Gears USA may suspend or terminate access when it reasonably believes these Terms were violated.
SECTION 22 — AUTOMATED AGENTS
An “Agent” means software or a service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action for a person or entity.
An Agent must not access or interact with the Services unless it:
• Truthfully identifies itself;
• Includes “Agent/[agent name]” in its user-agent string;
• Does not conceal automated activity;
• Does not imitate human behavior to evade controls;
• Does not circumvent CAPTCHA, security, rate limits, or access restrictions; and
• Complies with requests to stop or limit access.
BF Gears USA may use technical measures to control or block automated access.
SECTION 23 — TERMINATION
BF Gears USA may terminate or suspend access to the Services for a violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, security risk, fraud risk, or another legitimate business reason.
Termination does not eliminate amounts already due.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and privacy provisions.
SECTION 24 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Information provided through the Services is for general informational purposes.
Product recommendations and technical information do not replace inspection, measurement, application verification, or advice from a qualified transmission specialist.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AND EXCEPT FOR AN EXPRESS WRITTEN WARRANTY OR A MANDATORY LEGAL GUARANTEE, THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Some jurisdictions do not allow particular exclusions. In those jurisdictions, the exclusion applies only to the maximum extent legally permitted.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a mandatory consumer guarantee or warranty that cannot legally be excluded.
SECTION 25 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BF GEARS USA AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BF GEARS USA IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY IMPROPER PRODUCT SELECTION, INSTALLATION, ASSEMBLY, LUBRICATION, MAINTENANCE, APPLICATION, MODIFICATION, MISUSE, ABUSE, ACCIDENT, RACING, COMPETITION, OR FAILURE OF ANOTHER COMPONENT.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability that applicable law prohibits a business from disclaiming.
Mandatory consumer rights and remedies remain unaffected.
SECTION 26 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BF Gears USA, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:
• Your material breach of these Terms;
• Your violation of law;
• Your infringement of another party’s rights;
• False information supplied by you;
• Unlawful export, re-export, diversion, or use; or
• Misuse, unauthorized installation, or unauthorized modification of a product.
BF Gears USA will provide reasonable notice of an indemnifiable claim and may control the defense, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 27 — SEVERABILITY
If a provision is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent or severed without affecting the remaining provisions.
SECTION 28 — WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
These Terms, together with incorporated policies and any written product-specific or order-specific agreement, constitute the agreement between the customer and BF Gears USA concerning the Services and purchases.
If these Terms conflict with a mandatory law, the mandatory law controls to the extent of the conflict.
If a product-specific written agreement signed by BF Gears USA conflicts with these general Terms, the product-specific agreement controls for that transaction.
SECTION 29 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or related obligations without written consent from BF Gears USA.
BF Gears USA may assign its rights and obligations as part of a merger, reorganization, sale, transfer of business, or other lawful transaction.
SECTION 30 — GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to mandatory consumer law, disputes shall be brought in the applicable state courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, or the applicable federal court serving that county.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer in the United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, or Australia of a mandatory protection, remedy, or right to bring a claim in another forum when applicable law does not permit that right to be waived.
SECTION 31 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
The current version of these Terms is available on this page.
BF Gears USA may update these Terms by posting a revised version.
Material changes will be communicated when required by law and will apply from the stated effective date.
Changes will not retroactively alter an accepted order when prohibited by law.
SECTION 32 — PERFORMANCE AND COMPETITION PRODUCTS
Certain BF Gears USA products are intended for high-performance, motorsport, off-road, or competition applications.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate and lawful for their intended vehicle, application, and jurisdiction.

Competition and high-performance use may place exceptional loads on products and supporting components.
SECTION 33 — COMPATIBILITY AND PRODUCT SELECTION
Customers must confirm before ordering:
• Vehicle compatibility;
• Transmission model;
• Gear ratios;
• Specifications;
• Intended use;
• Power and torque level;
• Supporting components; and
• Application requirements.
Descriptions, recommendations, photographs, and technical information are general information and do not replace inspection or advice from a qualified transmission specialist.
SECTION 34 — PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION
Products must be inspected before installation and installed by a qualified professional familiar with performance-transmission components.
The installer is responsible for verifying:
• Tolerances;
• Clearances;
• Lubrication;
• Assembly;
• Alignment;
• Supporting components;
• Transmission condition; and
• Compatibility.
Installation constitutes acceptance of the product’s visible condition and selected application, but does not eliminate a mandatory right concerning a latent defect that could not reasonably have been identified before installation.
To the extent permitted by law, BF Gears USA is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, incorrect assembly, incompatible components, insufficient lubrication, contamination, misuse, abuse, accident, unauthorized modification, excessive power or torque, driver error, racing, or competition use.
SECTION 35 — CUSTOM, MADE-TO-ORDER, AND SPECIAL-ORDER PRODUCTS
By ordering a custom, made-to-order, modified, personalized, special-order, or non-stock product, the customer confirms the submitted specifications and authorizes procurement, modification, or production.
Custom, made-to-order, modified, special-order, and non-stock products typically require an estimated production lead time of 1 to 3 months before they are ready for fulfillment.
The stated production lead time is an estimate only and may be shorter or longer depending on the manufacturer’s production schedule, production-line capacity, order volume, material or component availability, manufacturing requirements, and other circumstances affecting production.
Manufacturing schedules and production-line availability may change. Accordingly, BF Gears USA does not guarantee a specific production completion date unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Once production is completed and the product becomes available for shipment, the order will proceed through the applicable fulfillment process. Applicable fulfillment time and carrier transit time are separate from the made-to-order production lead time.
Once BF Gears USA or a manufacturing partner begins procurement, modification, or production, the order cannot be canceled, changed, returned, exchanged, or refunded, except as required by applicable law or approved in writing.
For United Kingdom and European Union consumers, any statutory withdrawal exemption will apply only when the product legally qualifies as made to the customer’s specifications, clearly personalized, or otherwise exempt.
SECTION 36 — RETURNS, CLAIMS, AND INSPECTION
The Return and Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms:

No product may be returned without prior written authorization.
Authorization to return a product for inspection is not an admission of defect and does not guarantee a refund, repair, replacement, exchange, or store credit.
Any applicable written manufacturer warranty controls, subject to mandatory law.
Damage resulting from installation, application, setup, operation, modification, misuse, or competition use is not a manufacturing defect.
SECTION 37 — MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
Eligible United Kingdom and European Union consumers may have statutory online-purchase withdrawal rights for qualifying standard products, as described in the Return and Refund Policy.
Eligible Australian consumers retain applicable guarantees and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.
Canadian consumers retain applicable federal and provincial rights that cannot legally be waived.
Business, trade, professional, resale, manufacturing, and racing-team purchases may not qualify for consumer-only protections.
SECTION 38 — CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE
By placing an order, you confirm that you have:
• Reviewed the product description;
• Selected the requested specifications;
• Verified the intended application;
• Provided accurate information;
• Reviewed the total displayed charges;
• Agreed to these Terms;
• Agreed to the Shipping Policy;
• Agreed to the Return and Refund Policy; and
• Acknowledged that international shipment protection is included in the combined fee collected as part of shipping at checkout, with no separate protection-premium invoice for the original shipment.
