Honda K Series Turbo 1st–4th HD straight-cut full race gearset for FWD or AWD applications.
Gear Ratios:
• 1st: 2.8
• 2nd: 1.9
• 3rd: 1.29
• 4th: 1.0
Features:
• Replaceable dog rings on all gears
• Full-size input shaft without a step-down section
• Extended spline length to accommodate triple-disc clutches
• Gears are 5 mm larger than stock
• Custom-forged 3rd–4th shift fork for the new slider location
• Uses the stock 1st–2nd shift fork
• Requires a 6-speed 5th–6th shift fork and reverse fork
• The 5th–6th shift fork must be cut at the slider location to prevent contact with the cuff

• 4.5 final drive
• 4.7 final drive
• No final drive

• 1,400 HP
IMPORTANT LIMITATION:
This is a 1st–4th gearset only. No additional gears can be added.
CRITICAL ROLL-PIN INSTALLATION NOTICE:
After selecting the Stock Location or HD Location, the roll pin must be spot-welded. Failure to spot-weld the roll pin may allow it to loosen from vibration and cause serious damage to the gearset.
REQUIRED WINDOW-CASE ASSEMBLY CHECK:
Assembly must be checked using a window case. The top half of the case must be cut on four sides to allow visual inspection. This check confirms that all components align, engage fully and operate smoothly while simulating a locked top bearing and fully functioning gearset. This procedure reduces the risk of damage from installing the assembly in the vehicle without first verifying operation.
